Our practice is structured around defined analytical methods rather than improvisation. The Core Defence Domestic Violence Method, Core Defence Credibility Assessment Framework and Core Defence Evidence Evaluation Framework help organise how a brief is examined, the prosecution case is tested and a defence is prepared.
The practice is also informed by Joshua Jung's experience acting as a prosecutor for local and State Government. This experience provides insight into how prosecution cases are assessed, prepared and presented.
